How to update SOLIDWORKS Connected

  • Log into 3DExperience Platform.
  • Click "3D Compass".
    3DEXPERIENCE platform interface with the option to update SOLIDWORKS Connected highlighted.
  • Scroll through the Apps & find “SOLIDWORKS Connected”
    • Select the menu expand icon for the app.
  •  Select “Update Available”. This will start the update process.

  • In the installation manager:
    • Change the Install File Location to “Default”.
    •  Select “Start Update Now”.

  •  Once the installation is complete, select “Close".
